CrossFit Aldermaston was created to provide like-minded people an inclusive,

supportive and welcoming place to train. Sticking as closely as reasonably possible to the

Garage gym principles of the original CrossFit boxes - we have created a world class

facility without straying back to the commercial ‘Globo-gym’ model.

We opened our doors on the 6th October 2014 and have catered for professional athletes,

soldiers, police, firemen, students, office workers, mums, juniors,

Kids and grandparents – who have all trained together in the

same sessions in the same friendly and welcoming environment.


CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

Our popular weightlifting club is British Weightlifting (BWL) affiliated and based at our CrossFit facility. Specialist BWL coaches run 90 minute sessions focusing on the execution of the Olympic lifts; Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

The Weight Training for Fitness (And Generally Being Awesome) class focuses on strength movements.

We aim to empower you to press, pull and squat with safety, strength, and success. It complements all types of training.
