The Weight Training for Fitness (And Generally Being Awesome) class focuses on strength movements. We aim to empower you to press, pull and squat with safety, strength, and success.

 

The class will help you build the correct movement patterns required to keep yourself strong and injury free through your training and life. It complements all types of training, from CrossFit to competitive lifting, to just getting stronger for life. Every session has a clear theme and a purpose which is discussed at the beginning of the class.

 

We base each session around a specific lift along with complementary accessory work, as part of a 12 week program. Don’t worry if you can’t make every week, the program is put together in such a way that you can always benefit. Like CrossFit, all of the movements are scalable so if you are having difficulties with any of the elements, we'll help you with an alternative that will get you to your desired goal.

 

This class is not only a great way to help you get strong and look good - that added muscle can also help you shed the pounds.
