All our classes are suitable for all levels, from those new to exercise to those that have been involved in exercise and sport for many years.

CrossFit

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

Gymnastics

Our gymnastics sessions focus on the progressions and accessory work to improve upper body stability, core strength, shoulder strength and proprioception to help you improve your gymnastics skills.

Weightlifting

Our popular weightlifting club is British Weightlifting (BWL) affiliated and based at our CrossFit facility. Specialist BWL coaches run 90 minute sessions focusing on the execution of the Olympic lifts; Snatch and Clean & Jerk.

Conditioning

A fun calorie burning Workout to Enhance your Health, Heart and Engine.  Good conditioning is absolutely essential to progress and improve performance.

Pilates

Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

Nutrition

Lose fat, gain muscle and improve body composition with ease with our bespoke Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching service.
